Our FeverWarn 230 stopped changing its LED indicator. FeverWarn Hand Scanner Unit, Model 230 - FeverWarn Voice and Cloud Enabled: Hand Scanning Retrofit
The light on our FeverWarn 230 is on and glowing white, but it doesn't change status anymore. It doesn't turn blue as a hand approaches for a reading. It doesn't turn green after a passing test. We've rebooted the device a few times, what should we try next?
